工作說明：

Digital Communication Platform Set-up

1. Build digital marketing work flows

協助部門主管建置數位行銷專案工作流程

2. Set up digital marketing KPI platform

協助部門主管建立數位行銷KPI績效評估平台

3. Build digital partner and KOL (key opinion leaders, bloggers) pool

建立策略合作夥伴, 包括委外數位行銷公司或長期合作之部落客

Digital Communication campaign

1. Help define, develop, and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns involving the Web site, SEO/SEM, targeting/retargeting, social media, and conversion optimization.

協助部門主管規劃及執行跨通路之數位行銷案, 發展網路廣告素材及媒體組合, 形式包括內容行銷, 活動網站建置/改版,SEO/SEM, 精準行銷, 社群媒體管理及優化活動轉換率等

2. Manage agency to deliver campaign on time in full with quality

與委外數位行銷/媒體公司溝通協調以準時完成專案上線

3. Manage existing and evaluate new online marketing initiatives to grow targeted traffic; current initiatives include pay-per- click advertising, remarketing, retargeting, targeted display advertising, and more

追蹤進行中之行銷專案成效,即時調整或優化, 包括提高流量,調整廣告素材等

4. Maximize effectiveness of owned digital media and integrated with earned to paid media

運用並整合owned, earned 及paid media

5. Management of Marketing Project Budget

行銷專案預算管理

Digital Research and Report

1. Track and report on digital marketing performance and recommend improvements based on findings

上線專案活動之追蹤,優化及活動成效報告

2. Analyze campaign outcome and input to related stakeholders including brand, product, retail marketing and CRM team

分析活動成效並提供相關單位作為產品開發,CRM,行銷策略之參考

3. Survey industry and key competitors’ on-line activities, provide input in delivering total marketing communication strategies to optimize traffic, website SEO and engagement rate

競爭者行銷活動觀察與追蹤

4. Provide up-to-date digital marketing trend and know-how on monthly basis

3. Agency experience will be a plus

數位行銷/媒體公司背景尤佳

4. Digital marketing experience with two or more channels with demonstrated experience in completing projects and achieving results

具跨通路經驗並有專案執行成功案例者

5. Familiar with Google Analytics, Google AdWords
