工作說明：


1. Analyze Human Resource Management System product business requirements, create product development plan, and identify deliverables.

2. Working closely with QA team to monitor testing plan

3. Coordinate and lead efforts for group testing on a project basis

4. Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk.

5. Detail oriented with consideration of all aspects of the product QA development cycle

6. Support other MIS tasks or cases

2) Sharepoint 2013

3) ESXi 5.5 of Dell Server

4) Fortigate Firewall and L2 Switch

1. Experience in working in a HRMS product, have clear understanding of:


(1) Employee Life Cycle


(2) Payroll Process


(3) Workflow Approval Process


(4) Resource Planning / Shifting Process


(5) Performance Review Process


2. College degree in computer science, finance/accounting and related fields;


3. Understanding Taiwan payroll requirements is a plus.


4. Experience testing applications on MS-Windows


5. 1 + years of experience in business analyst or web development


6. Possess solid understanding of both testing process and testing methodologies


7. Familiarity with C#, .Net, SQL is preferred.


8. Team player and leadership quality is required
