工作說明：: Financial planning and reporting

- Meet all requirements of Asia region and the global financial community including monthly management reporting, forecasting, and budget timelines. Provide upon request special analysis for both historical analysis and strategic planning.

- Advise the Business Directors and local operating managers on all financial manners to facilitate sound financial decisions in the leadership.

- Included with frequent financial consulting and communication, to provide support by interpreting, analyzing and the completion of monthly management reports, monthly commentaries, and preparing financial inputs for board meeting presentations.

Cash / Assets management

- Manage cash, currency and interest rate risk to minimize financial risk to the company.

- Make sure that all employed fixed capitals and working capitals are under well management.

IT system

- Plan, organize, and direct IT function to ensure the operation of all business systems in order to gather, prepare, and report company information.

- Ensure IT infrastructure to support in a cost-effective manner the operations of the company. Including networks, desktop and server based business systems and requires high standards of information maintenance (incl. backup), security and awareness of developing industry trends.

Internal Audit

- Take lead to execute the existing system of internal controls to ensure proper control of assets and liabilities.

- To involve in the implementation of new program.

Leadership Involvement

- As a member of the management team, actively participate in the formulation of strategy and contribute to the management of the company.

- Establish for role and staff, strong working relationships with all levels of management to ensure constant flow of financial information.

- To involve in a broad range of external and internal interfaces at senior level including:

? External tax authorities

? Bank debt and service providers

? Insurers

? Customers (emphasis on credit, investment issues)

? Service providers

? Auditors

? Group CFO & Board

? Board

Financial & IT staff development

- Review and strengthen Finance / IT team to provide the required functional excellence in the most cost efficient manner.

- Develop, motivate, and provide guidance and direction to the Finance / IT team by establishing challenging objectives and assigning projects that add value to the business and facilitate learning and growth.

Compliance

- Maintain Finance and IT corporate policies and procedures that will control and protect company assets and information.

- To make sure that all local tax requirements and business regulations are met in a way that ensures compliance and optimize the tax position in the most financially efficient manner.

- Ensure all regulatory and management reporting requirements are met by maintaining accurate financial data that will properly reflect business performance and facilitate sound financial business decisions.

Special Features

- Looking for the optimum tax liability for company operation as well as shareholders. Hence, good acknowledge of law & regulation and business is the must.

- To work as a main contact between company and the fund providers including banks and shareholders to ensure business development with good support.
