工作說明：

職責要求

1. Owns the account strategy within the assigned accounts and communicates to the Industry Vertical Teams on an account by account basis when appropriate.

2. Establishes executive level relationships with the customer base and understands customer processes and business model.

3. Maintains accurate assessment of target and opportunity funnel within the Customer Relationship Management system.

4. Provides application knowledge and industry expertise and manages sales activities according to Rockwell Automation’s Customer Centric Selling process

5. Brings the right resources to the table to impact the customer’s decision process and

presents solutions to the customer (value proposition).

6. Experience with industrial automation specific to market segments such as : Semicon, Food and Beverage, Petro-Chemical, Water /Waste Water, Utilities.



任職資格

1. Bachelor of Science degree. Additional business related degree/experience preferred.

2. Experience selling automation solutions (PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA), motor control and services.

3. Experience working with all levels of an industrial automation plant including VPs, plant engineers and OEM machine builders

4. 5 or more years of successful sales experience in technical sales, distributor, integrator or engineering firm
