- ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND
Our client, one of the leading manufacturers for electric cord and copper wire rod, is continuing growth in Great China area by continually innovation and the production technology. Our client is in need of the HR Training and Development Manager in this market.
LOCATION
Taipei, Taiwan
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The HR Training and Development Manager reports directly to the HR Director, Taiwan.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, directing, or coordinating the training and development comprehensive training package to improve employees’ skill so that they can fulfill their potential in the organization. Their key responsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:
?Analyze training needs to develop new training framework and modify existing programs.
?Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual's needs
?Oversee overall Taiwan and China HR Training & Development Function including the performance of instructors, effectiveness of the programs, conferring with management and identifying the training needs, quality of training logistics.
?Offer proper training & development solutions in both Taiwan and China by leveraging external solution providers effectively.
?Prepare training budget for department or organization.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The highly motivated and seasoned product marketing professional for this role will hold:
?He/She will bring a minimum of 3-5 years experience in HR Training and Development management, and to include 2-3 years related HR experience.
?He/she must demonstrate ability to influence and contribution to cooperate learning excellence with coordinating multiple projects such as leadership development, Executive Coaching, Instruction System design, and blending learning strategies.
?Some work experience is China is a plus.
?He/She must have good English written and verbal communication skills
?The successful candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal stress management, initiative skills.
EDUCATION
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or combination of related field is required. MS degree is a plus.
