About Our Client

Our client is one of the biggest chain retail store in cosmetics and personal care industry.

Over 4,000 retail stores globally in 9 countries which indicates the success of our client and the regional resources they have.

In Taiwan, they have more than 500 stores with more than 4,000 staffs. They are no where near being satisfy, so this year, our client is aiming for 8％ of the growth in the size of the revenue and the amount of the retail sites.

Job Description

- Own Brand new product development in Cosmetics and Personal care category

- Leading a team of 1-2 QA staffs and monitoring for local manufacturer audit and certification.

- Co-work with marketing team to have a market sense on the trend and consumer demand.

The Successful Applicant

(Must)

- 3+years in RD experience in product development, preferably Personal Care / Cosmetics.

- Experience in managing a Quality or RD team.

- 2+years in QA experiences, focus on supplier quality, manufacturing site audit and get certified.

- Fluent in English & Mandarin

(Plus)

- any Supply Chain related experiences, procurement experiences or RA experiences.
