工作說明：

Experience Design Group in Singapore is looking for highly creative visionary individuals with forward-thinking capacity, sensational communication skills and towering passion towards creating fresh new design perspectives. Qualified candidates for this position are the special type of people who are naturally motivated, have the ability to imagine spectacular customer experiences and to transform smart ideas into beautiful consistent solutions for our millions of Customers worldwide. We will be asking our designers to lead our creative process, serve as liaison between management, cross functional teams and outside manufacturing partners to make great things happen.

Our team operates in a highly focused, fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to work efficiently with others, a high level of professional design thinking, business mind-set, and ability to bring ideas together and communicate to broader cross functional audience. The gifted individual will need strong aesthetic views, hands-on design capability, and be able to run in pace with our highly sophisticated design operation.

Requirement for Industrial Designer role:

- Education : Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience

- Experience: 4+ years of relevant Product & Design experience

- Strong Design Portfolio demonstrating superior problem solving and ideation

- High Level of creative speed, quality and attention to details

- Hands-on Design Skills (CAD, Sketching, Rendering, Lifestyle, CMF, Model, etc,)

- 3D CAD/surfacing and solid modeling proficiency (Pro-Engineer Creo2 preferred)

- MS Office proficiency and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency

- Ability to prioritize, self-manage work load and delivery

- Strong written and verbal English communications skills

We are looking to fill positions at a higher level of seniority :

Requirement for Senior Industrial Designer role:

- Education: Degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience

- Experience: 8+ years of relevant Product & Design experience (including time in a senior level role driving design strategy creation)

- Strong Design Portfolio demonstrating superior problem solving and ideation

- Story-telling, strong communications and people skills

- Hands-on Design Skills (CAD, Sketching, Rendering, Lifestyle, CMF, Model, etc,)

- 3D CAD/surfacing and solid modeling proficiency (Pro-Engineer Creo2 preferred)

- MS Office proficiency & Adobe Creative Suite proficiency

- Negotiation skills, ability to self-direct, prioritize and get the job done

- Strong written and verbal English communications skills
