工作說明：: Main purpose of the job / Mission:

Responsible for the efficient and effective of the Field Service, Workshop and also manage Spare Parts Sales Team. Good customer‘s contact, both new and existing. Ensure the facilities and equipment is in good operational condition. Act as technical consultant to the customers.

Key tasks:

? Fully responsible for the Service business and to take charge of both Service Team and Sales Team.

? Customer service and customer management

? To ensure all service jobs are fully and satisfactorily carried out at all time

? To offer technical consultations to customers

? To upgrade service competence: study new product and new technologies, attending training program from inside or outside company‘s Group

? To promote company‘s genuine spare parts when and wherever possible

? To ensure availability of all workshop facilities and their maintenance

? To prepare/timely submission of Department‘s Monthly Report.

? To closely follow trends in market

? To closely follow competition, products, technology, etc.

? To develop staff competence

? To formulate and develop Marketing Planning

? To handle the forecast

? To cooperation with other divisions and Sales Companies in the region

? To contact with HQ for necessary assistance and information
