About Our Client

Out client is a global asset management company. They provide complete product line with good reputation in the field.

Job Description

-Assist hiring manager to manage the Fund Accounting Functions

-Oversee Fund accounting outsourcing services, Validate the accuracy of NAV calculations which include proper posting of trades including equities, bonds, FX, and derivatives. Prepare dividend distribution packs, Responsible for Custodian coordination, Conduct settlement instructions, Perform Asset and Cash Reconciliation and Prepare routine procedures reports

-Assist Hiring Manager to manage the outsourcing vendor for Fund Services

-Assist in audit communications

-Assist communications within the firm, also externally with Master and Global custodian banks, SITCA, Examination Bureau and National taxation bureau.

The Successful Applicant

-Strong Fund accounting or financial accounting skills

-Good Command of English

-Ability to work independently with team-work spirits

-Willing to take challenges and possess high learning initiatives

-Understanding of the operations of UCITS funds

-Familiarity of the operations of Taiwan domiciled Funds, such as Global Bond Fund, Multi-asset Funds and the understanding of currency and distribution share classes

-Experiences working with foreign advisors and local investment managers

-Familiar of the SITE regulations

-Experience in monitoring Outsourcing vendo
