工作說明：: 1.Ensure coordination between store design and VM requirement at the design stage.

2.Gather local comment (Sales, marketing, training and VM team) ensure design functionality details.

3.Negotiate efficiently to optimize cost, quality and timing. Obtain, review, analyze and approve all quotations from external suppliers. Effectively plan and manage all budgets.

4.Coordinate with VM in space and quality relate with project.(Testerstand , drawers spec. niches dimension, lighting, transparency box etc.)

5.Follow up systematically defect list and retrofitting requirement.

6.Prepare on-site installation schedule, coordinator with DS when counter installation.

7.Update and maintain planning for renovations and new counter projects within 6 month after shop open.

8.Select and source new materials to submit to CAP Retail Design studio, and maintain local library of standards and substitute materials.
