工作說明：

A global software licence company is looking for a Country Manager in Taiwan to develop and drive the local business in Taiwan.

Reporting to the Head of Sales for APAC, you will be responsible for establishing business relationship with customer sales activities across Taiwan.



Key responsibilities:

? Responsiblility for a product country sales organisation

? In charge of implementing the sales strategy with local adaptions, based on the group strategy defined by the Board of Directors

? Building and maintaining a strong team of Account Managers as well as Inside Sales Representatives is crucial for the success and reputation in the licensing market

? Strong salesperson with an entrepreneurial spirit who completes several internal related tasks like budgeting

? Adapt a sales strategy based on the group strategy

? Yearly planning, budgeting and controlling

? Responsibility for the gross profit of the sales team

? Ensure that cost control and optimized processes are in place

Key requirements:

? To succeed in this role, you must have good understanding about the software business and IT industry, and also the domestic & global plans and operations of Taiwan of direct and distributors in the region.
