- 工作說明：
- A US based global semiconductor company is looking for a Senior product manager to fulfill planning and control requirement in Taiwan.
Reporting to the Director of operation and global logistic for Taiwan, you will be responsible for outsourcing planning team and execute to fulfill business requirement.
Key responsibilities:
? lead the outsourcing planning team and execute to fulfill business requirement
? perform and manage complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research and analysis to assure flawless execution
? manage resource (capacity, manpower, production…) planning and control
? drive OSAT performance in meeting KPI goals
? oversee and support the NPI activities to fulfill time-to-market strategy
? evaluate operations and activities of assigned responsibilities
? prepare reports on operations and activities, recommending improvements and support for decision-making
? participate in budget preparation and administration, monitor and control expenditures
? coach, develop to foster a highly competent and agile team
? skills / competence Required
? strong analytical skills to interpret
To succeed in this role, you must have good understanding about the foundry production planning and control in the semiconductor.
Key requirements:
? a minimum of ten years’ planning and operation management experience in semiconductor industy
? at least three years in managerial position with team leading experience
? ability to communicate ideas and influence people from different background
? excellent communications skills in English and Chinese
