工作說明：

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for overall management of financial operations of the assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and forecast

2. Analyze variances and trends, provide improvement plans to managements for decision making and ensure implementation

1) Coding system and P&L template adequacy

2) Cost Structure & Trend Review

3) Current & Forecast OMIS Review

4) Budget Review & Control

5) KPI (DOS, DSO, DPO, BEP, RONA) Control

6) Capex Investment control

7) Simulation to support management decision

8) Support for strategy planning & decision

9) Report and comment on above subject by using an adequate template

3. Ensure the compliance of local regulatory, company policy, reporting requirement & enhance internal control

4. Enhance execution foundation (staffing, organization, training and guidance)

Requirements:

1. Degree in accountancy or equivalent qualifications

2. At least 10 years of relevant experiences

3. Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is preferred but not necessary

4. Strong interpersonal skills, strong analytical and management skills, convincing presentation skill

5. Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
