工作說明：

Play Developer Operations - Team Lead

Description

Lead the Play DevOps support agent team. Time is split 50/50 between contributing on an individual basis, and driving team productivity and improvement. Work with the management team to keep the team running efficiently.

Responsibilities

● Creating and managing team workflow, and training documentation

● Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions with all team members

● Host weekly Team meeting

● Monitoring KPI’s (CSAT, TAT, Volume, etc.)

○ Utilization

○ CSat (Team and individual)

○ TAT

○ Aging tickets

○ FRR

○ Other deep dives and analysis

● Pulse report management

● Team updates/communications

● Scoping and scaling new workflows/process improvements

● Identifying potential issues and impending impact on team performance

● Weekly meetings with management team

● Resolving workflow consults from team members

● Encouraging team morale
