工作說明：: ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

Our client, one of the largest retailers for consumer products and medical devices/ prescription products over 200 countries, is continuing growth worldwide by bringing innovative ideas, products and services to advance the health and well-being of people. To manage the growing business, our client is currently seeking a high caliber candidate for the position of Associate Marketing Director.

LOCATION

Taipei, Taiwan

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

The incumbent reports directly to the Marketing Director of Taiwan.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

?Direct and coordinate all marketing activities for the corporate, including public relationships, advertising & promotion, market research and product development.

?Developing brand strategies and plans in concept, product marketing, forecasting, and packaging development, etc.

?Develop recommendations for product line improvements, new product/process development, and market acquisition/diversification, advertising strategies, and consumer communication.

?Ensure the maximum profitability and growth for the corporate and markets by effectively directing market planning, strategy, and implementation for products, services, and markets.

?Manage business and financial analysis to identify business drivers and opportunities.

?Provide marketing and product training as needed.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The highly motivated and seasoned financial professionals for this role will meet the following requirements:

?Minimum 8 years solid and in-depth experiences in FMCG industry, preferably in personal care, skin care, hygiene products.

?Familiar with mass market channels and with excellent skills of brands management.

?Good at communication, planning and organizing, initiative, and able to commit to task.

?Demonstrated ability on marketing strategies, and proven ability to lead, drive, and push team members forward in an innovative manner.

?Can lead team members and develop employee morale and recognition programs.

?Strong positive interpersonal and communication skills influencing and working cross-functionally across all aspects of the company.

?A “can-do” and “will-do” attitude with respect to accomplishing goals and satisfying the needs of customers.

?Should be an energetic, enthusiastic, results-oriented professional.

?Should be fluent in English and Chinese.

EDUCATION

A Bachelor degree is required; MBA degree in marketing is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be commensurate with background and experience.
