工作說明：

1.Full responsibility of the Merchandise and Sales Development for the supermarket format of Carrefour, Market (currently 12 stores) in high expansion:

? Elaborate with Market team the commercial strategy for our supermarkets

? Responsible with his/ her team of the assortment selection and optimization according to the model of Market (categories to push, items number target, innovation, low-rotation analysis)

? Responsible to define with his/her team the assortment for new opening stores according to Market model

? Responsible of the annual promotional marketing plan and commercial activities: DM, Seasonal operations, specific operations, Loyalty program, Redemption activities

2.Sets up performance review of the assortment and goes for action plans

3.Suggests and sets up action plans for stores to create a commercial dynamic and events in store

4.Benchmark competition and market trends in order to improve the commercial model

5.Accompany and bring a strong support with her/his team for opening stores (Assortment definition, logistic count-down schedules, implantation follow-up, specific commercial activity)
