工作說明：: Company launching a new cloud platform targeting US and EU customers

Great opportunity to lead and plan a product team

About Our Client

This client is a top tier in Gaming applications. They are currently launching their latest new product - a cloud platform that will compile big data analytics information on user behavior data across Asia.

Job Description

Lead a team to design, development and launch this product using Agile methodology

Ensure project deadlines and commitments are met

Collaborate with Product Managers to develop the design spec, product detail, and roadmap

Provide platform support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution

Interface with internal/external partners to ensure successful platform delivery

Help define, track, and enhance team productivity metric, drive for performance

Understanding the international app publisher ecosystem

The Successful Applicant

Experienced engineering director with strong technical background

Over 10 years of working experience, with 3+ years in similar roles

Experience with Agile methodology

Understanding of user requirement and product development plans

Strong leader, can train and coach and drive team‘s performance

Open-minded and team worker ; ability to work in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged

Think outside of the box, ability to understand the market and come up with new solutions and innovative ideas

Strong knowledge in managing SaaS platform, large traffic web site, PHP, large data processing system

Technical background in Distributed architecture, large scale data collection/processing/storage, web development (Framework, Front Ends technologies, APIs)

Experience with AWS, Linux and open source

Fluent in English

BS in Computer Science or equivalent, MS a plus.
