工作說明：: 超有淺力的外商start-up

薪資1.3M-2M+

需帶領Database, System Operator, Networking Specialist約10多人

Responsibilities: ?

Lead day-to-day operations by ensuring incident, change, problem management and procedures are being followed; ?

Ensure proper escalation, communication and resolution of operation issues in the course of day-to-day system operation; ? Restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse effect on business operations when system incident happen; ?

Managing preparations work and follow-up work for various standards and auditors; ?

Base on ITIL standard, set up “Incident Management, Service Level Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management”; ?

Responsible for the creation, coordination, consolidation and monitoring of change schedules; ?

Conduct regular reviews of existing operations to ensure maintenance and operating standards and environments are adequate for each facility; ?

Project management for large-scale project which require works from departments across the company; ?

Vendor management for projects described above (Multiple vendors including overseas).

Requirements: ?

Degree holder in related discipline, extensive knowledge in IT infrastructure and ITIL; ?

With certificate of Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage; ?

Must have at least 8 years’ experience in IT field and IT operation management in the financial industry; ?

Practical experience in managing large-scale project, critical system migration and on-going IT infrastructure operation; ?

Strong interpersonal communication, group facilitation and problem solving skills; ?

Excellent leadership and team management skills; ?

Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
