工作說明：

1. Support and maintain VM and storage daily operation

2. Work closely with Project and Network experts to ensure the best performance and design

3. Handle VM and storage capacity and performance management

4. Consult different development teams in picking the best virtualization design

5. Collect feedback from Project team (Project manager, network and engineers, etc.) to improve the environment and/or add tools to improve the usability

1.With 4 years VMware ESX Enterprise admin and Virtual center management experience and VMware ESX certification or with 4 years NetApp storage management experience

2.ESX vSwitch experience is a plus

3.VMWare VCOPS experience is a plus

4.Strong hands on experience on VMware ESX or NetApp storage

5.Working experience on VMware and storage troubleshooting, monitoring & performance tuning

6.Capable to handles the full virtualization cluster performance tuning and recommend on hardware and software requirements with benchmarking information

7.Cisco Network experience is a plus
