工作說明：: test plan, coding, unit testing, performance optimization and trouble shooting.

2、Extensive knowledge of OS internals, kernel programming, file systems, filter drivers, storage stack, and storage technologies.

3、Familiarity with storage protocols such as NVMe, SATA, SAS and SCSI .

4、Strong C programming skills.

5、Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

6、Fast learner and team player with effective communications skills.

1、 Experience in the development of Unix-based storage management, virtualization and redundancy strategies such as RAID, Volume Management,

Thin Provisioning, Caching, Tiered Storage, Snapshot, Replication and De-duplicatio.

2、 Experience implementing caching storage driver.

3、 Understand how Open Source storage components integrate with each other as well the architectual design implication in practice.

4、 Experience with Linux device drivers including using, decoding, interpreting message logs.

5、 Familiarity with Big Data and database applications, such as Oracle and MySQL.

6、 Familiarity with distributed storage and objects storage; Hadoop, OneFA, GPFS, GFS, ZFS, VMFS.

7、Familiarity with virtualization technology, such as VT-x, AMD-v, ESX, Xen, KVM, Hyper-V, and QEMU.

8、Knowledge of storage network such as Fibre Channel, SAN, NAS, iSCSI, InfiniBand and FCoE.

9、Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal with the ability to make independent judgments.

10、Ability to coach, mentor and train junior team member.
