工作說明：

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Bakery Division’s Business Units in Beijing.

2.Focus on the development and execution of long and short term business and marketing strategies to expand Bakery Division’s presence in Beijing, gain market share, and improve profitability.

3.Direct and oversee the operations, marketing and financial aspects of the operating outlets to ensure efficiency, achievement of sales target, and enhancement of service and product quality and standards.

4.Closely manage the company’s annual operating and financial budget in Beijing to ensure proper accounting and profitability. Establish business plans and provide regular reports on regional performance, sales and financial budget analysis to the RGM.

5.Develop and implement labour, maintenance, inventory supplies, cost of goods sold and performance measurement systems, to ensure compliance with overall company goals and objectives.

6.Provide leadership and impart company values and work attitudes to inculcate a cohesive and positive work environment.Lead, motivate and develop direct subordinates for personal growth, and as part of succession planning.

7.Build strategic relationships with vendors and business partners that are important and beneficial to the Company’s business operations.

Requirements:

?Bachelor Degree with minimum 8years’ experience in a senior management role, preferably in Bakery or Food and Beverages sectors

?Experience in managing in large scale multi-units operations. Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in fast paced competitive environment.Familiar with the operating and business culture in China

?Ability to read,analyze and interpret business, financial and operational reports, lease agreements and legal documents

?Fluent in English and Mandarin
