- 工作說明:
- A world-leading consumer electronics firm is recruiting a Key Account Sales Manager in Taipei to lead the business in its next phase of growth.
As the Key Account Sales Manager you will be responsible for a range of business critical tasks.
Key responsibilities:
? Manage relationships with major local key accounts
? Achieve all sales targets including value, volume, profitability, new partner recruitment, option sales and development of new Key Accounts
? Develop the business strategy and have end to end ownership and accountability for relationship that includes complete ownership of the sales process
? Put in place processes and procedures to ensure that major accounts are handled in the most effective way
? Ensure that, from an operational perspective, bottom line profit is delivered, costs are controlled and margins are protected and maintained in-line with corporate objectives
? Focus on forecasting and pipeline-management
? Regular update to management on current trend, reporting and sales positioning
The successful Key Account Sales Manager will be sales focused, entrepreneurial and driven.

- Key requirements:
- ? At least eight years of successful technology (PC / Hardware industry) sales is required
- ? Account experience with Fortune 100 Large Enterprise accounts is preferred
- ? Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
- ? Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills both in English and Mandarin
- ? Strong knowledge of and established relationships with Large Enterprise accounts
- ? Knowledge of products and technology in the IT industry
- ? Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and procedure
- ? Business finance experience is essential
- ? Highly motivated and willing to succeed
