工作說明：

Leading a team of front-line customer service associates to deliver products and services, ensuring an

exceptional experience to clients and their customers. Set up the contact centre and customer service

operation pattern according to the company operation management policy; set up or improve the contact centre

operation management policy, client service standard and complaint handling workflow, etc.; dig the clients‘

requirement and provide all-around value-added service to provide the internal and external clients with high

quality, high performance, professional and convenient service, set up the brand image of client,

enhance the clients satisfaction degree and to improve the business development.

· Financial, ESC, Insurance related major

· Bachelor‘s degree or above

· More than 5 years of working experiences in ESC/insurance company customer service and 5 years

· of contact centre management experiences

· Mandarin: standard

· Skilled with all kinds of office software

· Good ability in organizing and team management

· High responsibility and with high team work spirit

· Good ability in communication and expression

· Good service sense and good response and judgment ability
